All of the dough used in our pizzas is handmade by us. We knead it and shape it by hand and leave it prove at a cool temperature for at least 24 hours to allow the flavour to develop. Then we stretch it by hand and cook it in our gorgeous wood-fired oven for amazing pizza, made with love.
